Space Dock Module (Decks 42 - 161)
One of the key components in the Citidel -class Starbase design is the addition of a dual hemisphere docking module, capable of serving even the largest ships in Starfleet. Starfleet vessels tend to dock within the top hemisphere of the docking bay with larger civilian and alien vessels docking within certain areas of the lower hemisphere. In addition to space dock operations, various Starfleet offices extend through the core of the station through this region.

Corvette Berthing / Maintenance Bays (Decks 162 - 168)
Starfleet corvettes dock within a bay just underneath the massive interior-docking bay while civilian corvettes are allowed to dock within the lower bay, built into the stem of the station. Construction and maintenance bays are included in this region for servicing corvette sized ships as needed.

Fighter Wing Operations   (Decks 169 - 175)
The Citidel-class starbase offers a fully dedicated fighter wing module to service, house, and base not only Air Wings assigned to the starbase, but also fighters from visiting starships that are in for repairs.

With 56 meters for only five open aired decks, the main promenade offers an extremely spacious environment for residents and visitors to go about their shopping and dining pleasures. A wonder in itself, a botanical garden surrounds the 'city' that is the Promenade. Interwoven within the design is a botanical gardens created with planets and animals from all over the galaxy. In some places out side the outer ring of merchant grids, can be found a forest on the ground level, complete with hiking trails and other scenic views, in addition to the viewing ports along the outer station wall.

Pad/Ring Modules
Four modules extend out from the central body of the station with a large landing pad on top and generally 14 decks inside. These modules can be dedicated to specific purposes. For Spacedock, the modules are each seperately dedicated to the following: a Marine Corp base of operations (M), diplomatic embassies/facilities (D), corporate offices/facilities (C), as well as a module dedicated to public facilities like concert halls, museums, and even a nature park/arboretum (P).   Deck's 13 and 14 for each module are devoted to shuttle, maintenance, and cargo bays.

Upper Stem (Decks 237 - 310)

(see Lower Promenade)

Lower Stem (Decks 313 - 350)
The Lower Stem (or ankle) houses the bulk of Starfleet's scientific and research facilities. Tertiary Sickbay is also located on Deck 325.
