A Chance for Peace

The Diplomatic Council is made up of representatives from the governments of all the major powers in the Alpha, Beta, Gamma Quadrants. The goal of the Council is to prevent another intersetellar war similar to the Dominion War. The Council was founded by Golan Dulath, the former Ambassador to the Federation from the Cardassian Union, and Plantoc Ra'j el T'Kresh of the Aqualish Union.
